Diego was born in Guadalajara, and studied visual and plastic arts. His work is composed of social themes, embodied in satirical and fantastic tones. Creatures and everyday fragments through the eye of a highly creative mind are the elements that make up the art of Diego, better known in the world of contemporary art as Don Porfirio. Through different techniques, such as acrylic painting and pencil, Diego offers us a unique style, colorful and visceral, manifesting a life of love for the art and its different expressions. Diego’s work has been exhibited at numerous art events and festivals, placing him on the map as a young and emerging artist of contemporary art in Mexico.
