In the artwork of Hugo Grijalva, human figures stand out in contemporary urban and of the Mexican culture scenarios, painted with oil on canvas in figurative style and realism, with sacred or profane touches. He also uses techniques of restoration and traditional painting, which combined create his unique style. Hugo Grijalva studied the BA in Restoration and Conservation, in Cultural Management and Sustainable Development, and in Plastic Arts, as well as various workshops and art courses. He has participated in multiple individual and collective exhibitions and has won awards at a national level. Currently he is dedicated to the production of artwork as an independent artist and to the management of cultural projects.
